The Glow Institute is the education arm of Glow With Phina, created to help new and experienced estheticians level up with real, hands-on training. Our focus is simple. Teach practical skills that work in the real world, backed by almost 20 years of industry experience. Every course is designed to give you the confidence, knowledge, and technique you need to grow your career or upgrade your spa services fast.
Meet Phina
Phina is a Registered Dental Hygienist and Medical Esthetician with a strong background in skincare, oral health, and advanced esthetics. She has spent almost two decades training clients, estheticians, and spa teams across multiple provinces. Her experience includes owning spas, teaching in esthetic and dental hygiene colleges, and training in Korea to learn the most authentic and in-demand K-Beauty techniques.
